These 5 pocket, straight cut jeans from 2003 "Touch me I'm Sick" collection feature velour rectangular patches along the thighs inspired by Kurt Cobain's DIY patchwork jeans. They also featured factory knee blowouts which have since been professionally closed up with heavy tonal stitching. The perfect worn in light wash is the natural result of previous owner's wear.
